The Counter
The counter is inside the warehouse at 3820 7 Street SE, Calgary. It opens in November 2026; until then, pickup is by appointment.

What to bring

What the counter does

Looks it up with you.
Specs, datasheets and what works with what, on the screen, while you're standing there.

Hands it over.
Stocked parts leave with you. Online orders wait at the counter for pickup.

Answers what it can, and finds out what it can't.
If we don't know, we'll say so, get the answer and call you back. The hard ones go to the licensed electricians on Solar YYC's install crews, who've done 2,000+ projects in Alberta.

Tells you when it's one for your electrician.
Some questions depend on your actual install or on what the permit says you can do yourself. For those, you'll get a straight answer about who to ask.
Picking up versus shipping

Panels, batteries and anything oversize can be picked up here, which saves the freight and lets you check the part before it's loaded.

Ordering and pickup
Can I order online and pick it up?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect it at 3820 7 Street SE, Calgary. We email you when it's ready. The counter is still being finished, so wait for that email, then call 587-287-9180 or email hello@maplesolarsupply.ca to set a pickup time.
Can I just walk in?
Not yet: the counter is still being finished. Order online and we'll email you when to pick up.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. Small parts go by courier, at the rate shown at checkout. Panels and racking rail go by freight: it isn't charged at checkout. After you order, we email you a freight quote, palletizing or bundling included. You pay it before they ship, or cancel the order for a full refund if the quote doesn't suit you. Shipping policy
