A self-flashing roof mount that seals with butyl instead of caulk, for metal, EPDM, TPO, SBS and asphalt roofs, fastened to the deck or a rafter. It takes a standard L foot.
One Roof Tech RT-MINI II mount: the AlphaSeal base, two mounting screws and a stainless flange bolt and nut. It attaches solar rail to sloped roofs with flexible flashing, with no caulking or pre-drilling.
- Fastens to the roof deck (OSB or plywood) or to the rafters
- Works on asphalt, metal, EPDM, TPO and SBS roofs
- Flexible flashing certified by the ICC (ESR-3575), engineered for winds up to 180 mph and ground snow up to 90 psf
