The Victron VE.Bus Smart dongle adds Bluetooth to VE.Bus inverter chargers such as the MultiPlus, so you can monitor them, switch them on, off or to charger-only, and set the AC input current limit from the VictronConnect app. It can't configure the inverter/charger.
The RJ45 UTP cable to the inverter/charger is sold separately.
